Collection of Certificates

If you had a child in Year 11 or Year 13 last academic year. 

Exam certificates are available for collection by the students in person.  Please send an email to the Exams Officer P.Baldock@stuart-bathurst.org.uk to arrange a collection date and time. Proof of ID will be asked.

If students are unable to collect themselves, please write a letter/email address to the Exams Officer authorising the named person to collect on their behalf.

The school has been advised by the Exam Boards to keep certificates in School for 1 year, at which point they must be securely destroyed and a list sent to the Exam Boards of which ones were destroyed.  To request them from the Examination boards thereafter, will be at your cost.
