Stuart Bathurst Catholic Sixth Form students have coped really well with the demands of both Level 3 academic and vocational courses. Collectively, almost two thirds of all grades awarded were either an A*, A or B.

Henryk Koryl commented that, ‘‘I am very proud of our year 13 students. Throughout their time here at Stuart Bathurst Catholic High School, every member of the year group has worked hard to develop their God given talents to the very best of their ability. They have also made an admirable contribution to the school and wider community through giving generously of their time to help pupils in the lower years and also through raising funds for a host of local, national and international charities. As is the case every year, I am sincerely grateful to our teachers and teaching assistants for their time and effort in helping every young person in year 13 achieve to the best of their ability. I am also grateful for the support of our parents / carers throughout the years. The achievements of our year 13 students reflect how we all work together for the greater good of the children in our care. We wish our year 13 students all the very best for the future as they embark on apprenticeships, employment or university.’

The top university destinations this year are the University of Birmingham, Kings College London, the University of Liverpool and the University of Bristol. Students will be studying a diverse selection of undergraduate courses including Law, Psychology, Sociology, History, Accountancy, Philosophy and Ethics, Politics, Mathematics and many courses linked to the three sciences, including Engineering. It is wonderful to note that students who applied for apprenticeships have been accepted onto prestigious courses in the fields of Business, Human Resources, Digital Media and Banking.

On behalf of all the staff at Stuart Bathurst Catholic High School, we wish our year 13 students every success for the future.
